Your session is approximately 30 minutes. You'll undress from the waist down and sit comfortably above warm herbal steam so it can gently reach the external vulva area.
The steam should feel comfortably warm—never painfully hot. Tell us immediately if you experience burning, excessive heat, or discomfort.
-
You may notice lingering warmth, mild external moisture, or simply feel relaxed after your session. Some clients notice no changes at all.
Pay attention to how your body feels afterward. Persistent burning, swelling, significant irritation, unusual discharge, or other concerning symptoms should not be considered a normal part of steaming.
Follow any personalized aftercare instructions provided after your session.
