24-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule an appointment
▫️Same-day cancellations, no-shows, forfeiture of retainer.
▫️Appointments cannot be canceled or rescheduled by phone, text message, or social media. To make changes, please use the link included in your 48-hour appointment reminder.
A non-refundable $25 retainer is required to secure all appointment slots. The retainer will be applied toward the total service cost. Retainers fee’s are final and non-transferable.
If Vesoel Healing House cancels an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled service time, including same-day cancellations due to illness or emergencies, the $25 retainer will be fully refunded based on standard banking processing timelines.

Running Late
Arrivals 10 minutes late will result in a late fee of $25.00
