A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or arrivals more than 10 minutes late will result in forfeiture of the appointment retainer.
Appointments cannot be canceled through social media platforms. Please use the approved booking or contact method provided by the studio.

Booking & Cancellations
A non-refundable $25 retainer is required to secure all appointments. The retainer will be applied toward the total service cost.
Retainers are non-transferable and will be forfeited for same-day cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals that result in appointment refusal.
If Vesoel Healing House cancels an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled service time, including same-day cancellations due to illness or emergencies, the $25 retainer will be fully refunded based on standard banking processing timelines.
Retainers & Rebooking
Two consecutive no-shows may result in loss of future booking privileges.
Rebooking after repeated no-shows is subject to studio approval.
Established Clients
Clients are encouraged to communicate as soon as possible if running late.
Late arrival accommodations are not guaranteed and depend on schedule availability.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be refused service and will forfeit their retainer.
If the esthetician is delayed by more than 10 minutes, the client will be notified. Service completion, modification, or rescheduling will be determined based on availability.
