• A Brazilian wax is a waxing service that completely removes pubic hair from the front, upper thighs, and butt. Based on your personal preference, you can leave a small strip of hair, a triangle, or square on the front. Brazilian waxing is for all genders at European Wax Center. If you have hair, we’ll wax it.

  • Brazilian wax prep is simple! First, be sure that your hair is about a ¼ inch long, or the length of rice. If it’s your first Brazilian wax, avoid shaving at least two weeks before your reservation. Next, be sure that the area is properly cleaned and moisturized. A shower beforehand is ideal, but baby wipes also work well in a pinch.

  • We honor the natural rhythm of your body and the increased sensitivity that can occur during your menstrual cycle. For your comfort and the best treatment experience, appointments are not performed during this time. Please schedule your appointment once your cycle has ended.

    Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment within 14 days. If a new appointment is not scheduled within that timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Waxing over tattoos is safe and won’t damage your skin or affect your tattoo.

    For piercings, please remove jewelry if possible. If not, we’ll work around it, but some hairs may be left behind for safety.

  • A Brazilian wax typically lasts 3–6 weeks, depending on your hair growth. For best results, we recommend coming in every 3–4 weeks to keep hair growing back slower and finer.

  • This is a safe, respectful space for all clients—regardless of identity or presentation.

    All services are performed based on anatomy and training to ensure your comfort and safety. Intimate waxing services are currently offered for clients with vulva anatomy only.

  • If you have any medical concerns, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before receiving services. For prescribed topical treatments such as Retin-A or Differin, discontinue use at least 7 days before your appointment and avoid resuming for 7 days after your service.

    Waxing is not performed if you are currently taking Accutane or have used it within the past 6 months, as it can increase the risk of skin injury. Please inform us of any medications you are using so we can ensure your service is performed safely and comfortably.

  • Congratulations. Brazilian waxing can still be performed during pregnancy; however, due to hormonal changes, the skin may be more sensitive than usual. Every service is approached with care to keep you as comfortable as possible throughout your appointment.

    For services during the final two months of pregnancy, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before booking.

  • Clients must be 18 years or older to receive Brazilian waxing services.

    Bikini line waxing may be performed for clients under 18 when it is needed for hygiene or athletic-related reasons. In these cases, the following is required:

    • Written parental or legal guardian consent

    • Parent or legal guardian must be present during the full appointment

    • Valid ID from the parent/guardian

    For minors receiving services, the parent or legal guardian will be responsible for confirming the reason for the appointment.

    There is no upper age limit—clients of all ages are welcome.
